Terms of Use

1. General

1.1 The company “CHASIOTI ARGURO” (“Company”) has created and manages this website “www.tsisma.com” (“Website”) in order to present its business activities and to promote to its visitors/users its products and services. Wherever the phrases “our”, “we”, “our Company” and all similar expressions are used below, they mean the Company.

1.2 The use of the Website is governed by the present general terms and conditions, which each visitor/user is invited to read carefully, as the use of the Website implies their unconditional acceptance in their entirety. In case of disagreement with these terms, the visitor/user is requested NOT TO USE THE WEBSITE, otherwise it is presumed that he/she accepts them in their entirety. If the use of any service of the Website is regulated by specific terms of use, they constitute a single set with the present ones, but as specific, they take precedence over them in case of conflict.

1.3 The Website and the information and services contained therein are addressed exclusively to adults and may not be used by users who have not reached the age of 18. The Company shall not be liable if, despite the above, minors voluntarily visit the Website or use services that may be considered inappropriate for them.

The visitor/user accepts that anything included on the Website is a registered trademark or intellectual property product of the Company or third parties (who have granted their permission) and therefore unauthorized use in any of the above ways may lead to the imposition of a penalty or fine or compensation to the owner(s).

4.1 The visitor/user of the Website must comply with the provisions of Greek, European and International Law on the one hand, and refrain from any illegal and abusive use of the content and services of the Website on the other hand. The visitor/user is obliged to address directly to the providers of these websites for any questions or other issues related to the visit and/or use of these websites and to comply with their terms of use. The Company reserves the right to remove at any time, at its discretion, links to third party websites from the Website.

The Company reserves the right to revise these terms of use of the Website at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or obligation. The user/visitor must periodically refer to them in order to be informed of any changes and if he/she continues to use the Website, it is presumed that he/she accepts the modified terms and conditions of use of the Website. Otherwise, he/she must refrain from using/visiting the Website.

The management and protection of the Personal Data of the visitor/user of the Website is subject to the terms of this article as well as the terms of the Privacy Notice posted on the Website, which is valid in its entirety and which every user of the Website is obliged to read.

9.2 If any provision is found to be contrary to the law and therefore invalid or void, it shall automatically cease to apply (unless replaced by another valid provision), without affecting the validity of the other terms. The Courts of Athens are exclusively competent for any disputes arising out of or in connection with the interpretation of these terms and conditions (expressly excluding any other jurisdiction).
