How it works, step by step
1. We set up the event
You tell us the type of event, the date and the style. You get your links and your QR.
2. Guests scan
The QR sits on table cards, a poster, cards or a roll-up. It opens the event page directly.
3. They upload from their phone
A photo, a video or a written wish. No app, no sign-up, no password.
4. You approve and keep
Nothing is published without your approval. The approved material stays in your gallery.

And a live display at the reception
If you want, the approved material can be shown on a screen during the night. It is not mandatory — the collection works without it too.

Separate consent
Guests give separate consent for promotional use. Declining does not stop them from taking part.
No IP addresses
No IP address is stored in plain form.
